Return and Refund Policy

We aim to sell high quality products but as with life it doesn't always go to plan.  As such if you receive a product which does not work as describe you need to let us know within 30 days to receive a replacement product.  You must be able to describe and/or show us through a recorded video that it's not working as it should.  We will then work to have the product returned and replaced or refunded.  If you change your mind after purchase then we will accept returns ONLY once the item has been returned to us at your cost and in original condition.  A 20% restock fee will be charge to those that change their mind or return items.

All orders will be safely packed and shipped within 1 day.  All products are shipped via Road Freight only.

All efforts are made to ensure the products safe during transport, however if you receive an item which looks like it may have been damaged during tranport you must take a photo before trying to use the product.

4.3" LCD Display for JK BMS

This display is an accessory for JK BMS. Use it to display the "real time" values of your battery connected to the JK BMS. The LCD is a colour, touchscreen, with a 4.3" diagonal, offering detailed battery status including SOC, voltage, current, MOS, temperature, and more.

Display Details:

The black display features RS485 communication and includes a switch button on a 120 cm connection cable. Note that when connecting the BMS to the LCD, the RS485 interface cannot be used simultaneously. The display requires a DC: 12V power supply.

RETURNS

We aim to keep our customers happy and if you are unhappy with your items due to them being damaged or not as described, simply return them for a refund. A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Damaged Goods

Our aim is to provide high-quality products at an affordable price. If you receive a product that is damaged, do not use the item. Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving that product. We will replace the product as soon as possible without any charges.
