Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (or the next business day if your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday).

Please note:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our warehouse, shipping is handled by third-party couriers and delays may occur outside of our control.

• LiFePO4 cells are shipped via road freight only and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

• We select the freight provider based on location and best available rate, therefore we cannot guarantee which courier will be used.

Free Shipping Conditions

We offer free shipping on many products; however, if the freight cost to your location exceeds the value of the product, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order or contact you to arrange an alternative shipping option.
