Active Balancers help to maintain cells connected in series to have the same state of charge as other cells.
Parallel Modules are accessories which helps manage banks of cells connected in parallel and regulates current, protecting the BMS from from over current when 2 banks are connected with a large variance in state of charge.
All orders are shipped via Road Freight. As such there is not Express Shipping available.
We aim to keep our customers happy and if you are unhappy with your items due to them being damaged or not as described, simply return them for a refund. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
Our aim is to provide high-quality products at an affordable price. If you receive a product that is damaged, do not use the item. Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving that product. We will replace the product as soon as possible without any charges.
A refund will be provided if you have purchased an item that does not operate as described. Once we have verified you claims we will offer a refund and pay for the return freight cost.
