Overview
The 12V EVE MB56 Battery Kit is designed for caravans, RVs, motorhomes and off-grid systems requiring substantial 12V battery capacity. It uses 4 EVE MB56 628Ah LiFePO4 cells connected in series to create a nominal 12.8V battery bank.
With approximately 8.04kWh of nominal energy storage, this kit is well suited to larger mobile power systems, off-grid sheds, tiny homes, marine applications, backup power and high-capacity 12V battery builds.
Three configurations are available, allowing you to choose the level of enclosure and assembly that best suits your project.

Which Option Should I Choose?
- Battery Kit Only: best if you already have a suitable enclosure or want complete flexibility over your battery build.
- Battery Kit + Case – Unassembled: ideal if you want the complete kit and a purpose-fit enclosure but prefer to carry out the assembly yourself.
- Battery Kit + Case – Assembled: best if you want the cells, BMS, busbars and cables installed inside the enclosure for you, reducing the assembly required before final installation.

Important Information
The Battery Kit Only option is supplied as a DIY battery kit and requires assembly, insulation, wiring, protection and configuration.
The Battery Kit + Case – Unassembled option includes the plastic outer case with metal insert and requires customer assembly.
The Battery Kit + Case – Assembled option includes the cells, BMS, busbars and supplied battery cables assembled inside the case.
Final system installation, connection, configuration and commissioning are still required for the assembled option.
Final installation should be completed by a suitably qualified person familiar with high-capacity DC battery systems.
Always use a BMS with a temperature sensor when connecting LiFePO4 cells in series to help ensure safety and long-term performance.

Is this kit suitable for caravans and RVs?
Yes. It is suitable for larger caravans, RVs, motorhomes and other compatible 12V systems requiring substantial lithium storage.
What is included with the Battery Kit Only option?
The kit includes 4 EVE MB56 628Ah cells, a 200A 4S–8S JK BMS with 2A active balancer, BMS wiring loom, 4 busbars, 8 M6 nuts and two 300mm 50mm² battery cables.
What is included with the unassembled case option?
This option includes the complete battery kit plus the black plastic battery case with metal insert. The components are supplied unassembled.
What is included with the assembled case option?
This option includes the complete battery kit and case, with the cells, BMS, busbars and supplied cables assembled inside the enclosure.
Does every option include the same BMS?
Yes. All three options include the same 200A 4S–8S JK BMS with a 2A active balancer.
Is the assembled battery ready to connect?
The battery components are assembled inside the enclosure; however, final system installation, connection, configuration and commissioning are still required for your setup.
Is the battery case waterproof?
The case has an IP54 protection rating. It is protected against limited dust ingress and water splashes, but it should not be submerged or treated as fully waterproof.

We have a 30-day return policy if the item is damaged or is not as described, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@lifepo4oz.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you change your mind, you may be eligible for a return, however the items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once returned to us, we will inspect the goods and, if approved, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Damages and issues
If you receive any items which appear to be damaged, do not attempt to use them. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Products damaged in transit
If you receive a shipment that has been damaged in transit, a replacement or refund may be provided, subject to the following conditions:
- The return or damage claim must be made within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
- All shipments must be inspected for damage during the unloading process.
- Clear photos of the damaged packaging and damaged product must be provided as evidence.
- Photos must be taken during the unloading process.
- Photos must clearly show all damage and, where possible, the likely cause of the damage.
- The total approved claim value, including freight costs, will be credited to your account.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
All orders will be safely packed and shipped within 1 day. All products are shipped via Road Freight only.
All efforts are made to ensure the products safe during transport, however if you receive an item which looks like it may have been damaged during tranport you must take a photo before trying to use the product.
